There is no National Park in Windsor, Ont.
7 I/ x r9 V! C7 n& z# JPoint Pelee National Park is southeast of Windsor about an hour, near Wheatley, Kingsville and Leamington Ont.
& R$ A) j; C9 `; Y8 MIt is the Southernmost land point of Canada , and other than group camping, is a day use park only." K( B) N3 f9 F- c6 z

The National Butterfly count takes place August 8th, and you can pre-register your family to take part, lots of fun for the kiddies (Too Late).: C* E6 g1 ~& a! ~! @
Great hiking, guides, canoe tours and rentals, bike rentals and the butterfly migration is something to see.) S2 y, }4 o8 [! y; p
The ferry to Pelee Island only runs from Kingsville this year, not from Leamington in case your interested in going on the winery tours and hikes there.
