3 q p( v5 u3 M. F% ^Naomi Russell-Simpson is charged with committing an indignity to a body, neglect to obtain assistance in child birth and concealing the body of a child.

Police have released few details on the autopsy results, but said Tuesday the girl was born alive. The girl's death is still being labelled as suspicious and not a homicide., x. i c7 G X, D3 E% H

The infant was found on March 19 when a man sharing a home at 69 Street and 130 Avenue, who would only identify himself as Wayne, entered the basement suite to do some laundry.3 U4 x: N; X+ o# d0 U" h2 I% C3 s3 ^# c7 s

Wayne said his dog began barking and eventually led him to the body. He and his girlfriend called police after they saw a small hand in the bag.

Police said the girl's body was wrapped in towels and placed in a plastic bag.! R; N' K) p7 V. j
