Drill Bit Repair Technician

Temporary to permanent position
International oil & gas company
2 g) O: a3 h, N% K2 k) u+ ?/ E, pSouth side of Edmonton

: @& J9 |; y$ k% _As a Drill Bit Repair Technician your duties would include:
*Setting up and operating machines and tools for drill bit repair
8 Z9 N0 K2 M% O. Y5 Q/ p6 _*Read and interrupt blueprints to build and repair according to product specifications
*Cleaning, quality inspecting, painting, pricing and shipping drill bits
*Practicing total quality management and safety processes
*Driving 3/4 tonne truck for hot-shot deliveries (minimal aspect of position)

; W( B3 t2 q! }2 R*PC literate in Windows 95/98 and Microsoft Office 97
*Proven team player with a positive attitude
*Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
: h4 l2 z* @2 t- M# D; [*Machining and welding experience an asset
3 a. S9 ]* V2 j*Knowledge of drilling operations an asset
*H2S and First Aid certification an asset
