No, you don't have to. Just tell the cashier you don't want to pay the fee because you already have extended health and dental coverage when you pay your tuition fee. Then provide the original documents or confirmation of existing coverage to room E125 and fill out the Student Benifits Waiver Form before the deadline. You must be a full-time student to waive the plans.
