Support the safety reps in the Business Unit
/ Q; E# V( i4 w/ Y g" vMaintain group calendars and internal scheduling using Outlook software 2 B0 A. z% r4 D1 N
Prepare travel arrangements and expense claims
8 p+ R, I$ y6 I" V! r3 [# YCompile and create presentations, proposals, reports and templates using Word, Excel and PowerPoint software
* K; Y, D6 g/ P& e: i5 nCoordinate trade shows including booking, shipping and manning booth # h0 D# S; `/ \8 D. K# T& i
Order office supplies and maintaining office equipment 6 y _5 ~ w! Z: u6 K5 y
Reimburse and reconcile statements as Petty Cash Custodian
: z0 y5 J- y3 TRecords management duties
* ~4 u$ T" G& _Approve timesheets
7 v( j# a+ a( o; g! Y- ]- fMaintain and update reference libraries in Endnote software
3 p: b6 b. Z' U5 DOther tasks as deemed necessary by the business unit

$ w; b4 _& j9 v, O& s" m1 L0 ORecords management is an integral part of the job. The incumbent will coordinate records classification, coding, indexing, retention and disposition, and data entry into the Records Management database. * V; A7 S6 W/ e( ~6 l* X! b- o
# y, D6 o$ k0 f: t- n! ?Candidates require a certificate or diploma from a recognized post secondary administrative program, experience in an office environment, and strong organizational and communication skills. A combination of experience and education may be considered. Additional course work and experience in records management is an asset. ( L5 o8 x* y# F/ I, a/ @
