The Job - Labour Force Solutions is seeking a Job Recruitment/Retention Specialist to support North Edmonton area residents by matching job seekers with potential employers. The ideal candidate will have post secondary education in career development, HR Management, marketing and/or social work. 9 E* x4 \) b0 E) G4 M$ o E
3 y8 A- M. u/ X7 y, c2 U! w0 l$ x3 vThe ideal candidate must also be a self-starter. Current knowledge in Labour Market trends combined with 2-4 successful years of job placement & retention experience working with diverse populations with barriers to employment; provision of criminal record check.
