The ideal candidate will have post secondary education in career development, HR Management, marketing and/or social work. : e' S/ q% `/ j: H
& g$ Y& i7 m7 K1 n, f/ M- |3 PThe ideal candidate must also be a self-starter. Current knowledge in Labour Market trends combined with 2-4 successful years of job placement & retention experience working with diverse populations with barriers to employment; provision of criminal record check.
