DECSA provides employment preparation, vocational counselling/placement services to people unable to find employment through traditional means. Individualized one-on-one and group services are available to people experiencing a wide range of barriers to employment.

Z5 q: H; d3 O7 G: z9 e( PThe Job - Labour Force Solutions is seeking a Job Recruitment/Retention Specialist to support North Edmonton area residents by matching job seekers with potential employers. The ideal candidate will have post secondary education in career development, HR Management, marketing and/or social work.
; ^4 m/ A( x! b! K$ m  l
The ideal candidate must also be a self-starter. Current knowledge in Labour Market trends combined with 2-4 successful years of job placement & retention experience working with diverse populations with barriers to employment; provision of criminal record check.
