就快要申請CEC （Canadian Experience Class）類移民。
  N0 ?& B5 U' A# n% B) a! B1.請問學Finance專業的學生，用Bookkeeper 來申請CEC 可以嗎？
2.Bookkeeper 是不是歸類為 NOC 的 type B 啊 ？
3. NOC 的網站沒有寫明 skill type A ,B and O 阿，我如何衡量啊 ？

In my opinion, no, bookkeeper(1231) is not on the list. That's the supervisor (1212)of bookkeepers or accounting clerks.

have phoned them (CIC office)....they said as long as it is under  the skill type I choose , it should be fine...but he cannot specify....and i phoned again, she asked me to ask my school .....

我老公申请的CEC, 用的是NOC1231，bookkeeper. 他是学商业的，我想金融只是商业的一个分支吧，所以你应该可以用1231的。我们现在已经体检完了，在等邮寄护照！

If finance students cannot apply CEC as they are bookeeper 1231 instead of Supervisor 1212 , that will be very trouble, cuz I don't think a fresh grad finance student can be a supervisor without any perious experience ....is there any way that Finance students can have some job title relative accounting clerk ?

应该是可以的。详见职业分类矩阵：
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/html/Matrix.html

只要所从事的职业落入职业编号首位数字为0(management occupations), 或者首位数不为
( l, A* b, c/ l" n! g2 C7 I: p) v0但第二数字为1(Skill Level A), 或者首位数不为0但第二位数为2(Skill Level B)就合格了。

CEC真是好东西。。大约2-3各月就能拿到ME, 我们PNP的用了10各月才从初始到ME

Since CIC cannot give me a clear answer , I phoned some agencies....

) m' A% p% G4 S7 v! y/ }: H% A' fone of them told me like this " u only have a Finance Diploma , and ur job (accouting clerk/bookkeeper) is not relative......so , it is tough......CEC is mostly for bachelor or have relatived working experience ....."

8 t- L7 M. H; BI think he is quiet right....so I am even worry now after fishing calling him....

+ h1 _1 |* P4 h1 {0 M7 y6 k6 Q主要是要看雇主的信怎么写，还有job description怎么操作。

BOOKKEEPER可以申请CEC，属于SKILL LEVEL B类的。还有DIPLOMA毕业也可以申请，不需要BACHELOR，只要DIPLOMA毕业拿到3年公签，并工作1年属于NOC 0,A,B类就可以申请。不像技术移民需要按照学历算分。
