A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. This is a position that requires strong customer service skills, as it works collaboratively with staff and volunteers to provide the best possible information and assistance.& G# d! h( w$ J) R. K1 J

• Greet and provide assistance to incoming visitors: J y/ D, f+ C2 o8 m
• Answer multi line telephone system% q) l+ V k( r- ]
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
6 D: J1 R8 `0 L6 ^- g6 K! {* I1 M9 y• Arrange courier services for all departments( _" F% C: n5 E& }9 ]1 r
• Oversee Y-Knit program; provide support to its volunteers

• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail
, o6 Z- ~- X5 z4 S Z& n• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
' B; u: O) r- i• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency ; ~/ ]7 @0 A! f5 F. D3 C
• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration6 j# \* ^ _; G, D. U/ Z3 e
• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers " e$ }. s: U t' B0 B5 u5 `
• Create monthly staff bulletin and prepare for distribution, W+ e9 c) r4 \
• Assist Business department with weekly bank deposit and processing payments
) @/ l6 ?1 x- a. f• Assemble and forward information packets as requested

Registrar

• Assist YoWoChAs Outdoor Education Registration as required8 R; ]& o9 x3 \3 W. A

Qualifications:' ^/ b4 D% H1 `7 Q
, |9 i* a! C; z5 M* n• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures) l0 D6 t% d2 S' y* U( B1 \
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.* A6 o$ s, D, B8 K
• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset( P: ^0 a( [+ L1 W( o; n
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
