$ U. V& n. p! c! dJob Description/Duties: TELUS has immediate opportunities for Help Desk Analysts. As a member of the National Services Support Help Desk, you will deliver technical and non-technical solutions to our voice and internet customers. Utilizing the latest technologies, you will use your strong communication skills and superior trouble-shooting abilities to provide effective solutions. You will be operating in a fast-paced Call Centre with operations spanning 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are interested in joining a dynamic area of TELUS and possess demonstrated knowledge of the Internet including knowledge of PCs, TCP/IP, Dial-up and ADSL, combined with strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute to a high performing team, we would love to hear from you!
