被洋人地产欺骗，愤怒中，请大家出主意

6月3日周三去Magrath选了一个地，选了1个户型，被告知这是custom的house，电脑里没有价格，卖房的manager（女性）很肯定的估计是50万左右。叫我等两天，然后告诉我价格。那我说你给我hold一下吧，她却说不行。我说我去过你们公司在summer side的show home，那边都可以交$1000,然后hold 2星期，你们怎么不可以，何况你又不能给我价格。然后她同意说可以courtesy hold，如果有人马上付钱要这块地的话，她给我24小时通知。由于我6月5日要出差十天，于是她提出要我先在文件上签名，说是没有我太太的签名就不会生效，这样等价格出来可以就让我太太一个人签字就好了。我挺喜欢那块地的，而且最近房子很热，我就同意了。先签了我的名字。

  R! z) {, I) }2 x- S% K0 `! s然后一直等到6月13日周六才告诉我太太要58万，我太太说和你估计的差太远了，我们要考虑一下，有可能选另外一个50万左右的房子。她说明天14日(周日)有人要来看这块地，然后我太太和我们的地产经纪人就要求她至少hold到周一。她同意了。（很奇怪的是我有一个朋友周6去看地的时候被告知我看中的地已经被卖掉了。当时他觉得肯定是我要了那块地。）

6 ?& l- m% a% z, Y$ F4 }$ B今天我出差回来了，给她打电话，结果她说今天早上就买掉了。我当时就怒了，和她argue了15分钟，她硬说是别人是很早以前看过的，现在愿意在马上买，在所有文件上签字，她没办法。对于以前和我们说的24小时通知也开始否认，说是有人有意向想买的话，她给我24小时通知，如果有人愿意直接签字的话，她就当场就买了。然后我要求和她的上级说话，又是互相包庇，说具体情况不了解，但是文件已经签了就没办法了。

7 r8 C( X. r8 M5 \% O4 h0 t- E6 L! L4 F现在真是非常气忿。就这样被耍很不甘心。觉得她周6的时候已经把地买了，所以弄了一个58万的价格来吓唬我们。根本就是在骗人。不知道大家有没有什么建议，我能做些什么。现在想请律师咨询一下，不知道大家有没有什么好的律师推荐一下。

You learned a lesson this time, it is better than being trapped in something worse. Get used to canadian culture, verbal promise is no promise, sometime even it is a written. Huh!!! those sales people............  My advice is: move on and watch your step.

P.S. Next time, get someone experienced to accompany you. Think before you leap.

What kind paper did you sign? You should be able to get it back because it's not you breach the contract. plus it's not a purchase agreement, a reservation fee should be refund if you don't buy the property.

) |. T8 M# U4 ^8 N, J4 LIf you don't have anything in writing, you said, she said, there is no legal stand to sue her. A letigation lawer is not cheap who may cost more than $1,000 to get your money back. Be careful about the fine print when you sign.
