Agree, choices are rare compared to a few months ago especially nice 2 storey in that price range/ in good areas. In recent years, bungalows are less appreciated, and have more supplies on the market so turn your head(LZ's) to those if you don't have particular reasons to take them off your list permanently. They had once been very popular and most sought after.
