MATCH to competition at 5.25% down from 5.65%

& W$ d7 I$ V6 H) q3 xThe 5 year leading rate will be in effect from June 1 through June 30 only and we will honor funding up to September 1st. The 5 year leading rate is exclusively available to be offered by ATB branch staff and MDOs only.  Brokers are excluded. The 10 year fixed rate will be available beyond the 30 day test period and until further notice.

期限更新一下，只要application在6月份做了，funding date在10月1日之前的贷款都可以，延长了一个月。贷款种类包括包括new purchase、refinancing和renewals。

最近基准利率不涨，但借贷利率要涨了，要不银行的日子也不好过！如果没有大的通货膨胀出现，现在的隔夜拆息利率估计会维持到明年年中了。要买房的最好抓紧做一个30天的预定吧

加國大型銀行正調高主要的按揭利息。

1 z! p) F6 t% B: A$ R6 ]* W加拿大皇家銀行(Royal Bank of Canada)，滿地可銀行(Bank of Montreal)，多倫多道明銀行(Toronto-Dominion Bank)，豐業銀行(Bank of Nova Scotia)及加拿大帝國商業銀行(Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce)已將5年固定利息按揭調高0.2厘加至5.45厘。

This decision came as a result of our competing financial institutions increasing their own mortgage rates earlier this week.
! |; U7 U# h, b4 ~* b  q
Please get your application in before June 16, 2009 if you would like to grab the 3.50%. Otherwise 3.7% will be the best rate you can get if your application being done before June 30 and MTG will be funded by October 1, 2009.
