出国的时候时间仓促没来得及公证毕业和学位证，不知道edmonton哪里有没有中文件公证服务呢？

Those are the activities happened in China. I think you have to get them notarized by Consulate General or Notary Public in China.

I might be wrong. You can confirm it with a canadian notary public or Chinese Consulate General.

找certified translator 翻译以下然后去公正以下就行了，有的公司有一条龙服务。

我前几个月，找了一家toronto的公司，翻译了一份自考毕业证，加上成绩单，4个副本，公正过，大概250左右，自己出快递钱。
