The Master of Arts degree inFinancial Economics focuses on the study of economics and financial principlesrelated to U.S.and international financial systems. Its objectives are to provide a broadunderstanding of financial theory and the economic framework upon which thattheory is based, both in the classroom and through actual experience workingfor firms in the financial sector
Students admitted to the Programwill acquire classroom training combined with the practical experience ofsummer internships providing a strong background for careers in the area ofbanking, investment banking, financial analysis, corporate finance, and privateconsulting in finance-related firms. The Program will provide its graduateswith:
