Control panel -- Date, time, language and rigional options -- add another language--languages--details --Add Chinese(PRC) & `1 R' ?0 v5 [- f8 R5 m/ M/ [. a9 M6 J! b f# v
A "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further. - @4 R1 q* u" P; {' X* w6 U % p8 g4 @8 W$ @2 y9 wI am desperated! Anyone can advise? Thanks!!

I think so, i can see i have two keyboard inputs now, but the problem is that i can not shift to Chinese when i press Alt-Shift
