. b7 n, u5 k& land media art. FAVA offers: a variety of workshops for artistic and skill development; is a
; H) A: J& o( {" D/ jresource for production equipment and post-production facilities; hosts events and

Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the 4 u8 M8 q( ]6 b W8 ~
FAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as ! E5 R# |' b6 N! p+ K7 a" ^
well as the script, magazine and book library.

8 @* w2 X" C# X' _: E- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library
- A2 Y" \1 u) d- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books
( ` _1 V1 Q# {8 l4 i- Implement a catalogue template for future use
7 ^+ a7 J: i" x6 w; v- r3 u1 Z- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure
7 M& s. K$ Q% C! E: x- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable

- Wage is $15.00 per hour, 35 hours per week

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have: ! z \& R; O) K. E2 s& p
- A passionate interest in film, video and media arts : v( B l" n6 j: d
- Strong organizational skills
4 Q$ P0 [ {( _% v6 f7 `- Experience or training in library sciences preferred
2 i$ E$ k2 c9 c4 _ M- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal % d2 d# n# z% J4 N: ^7 B% j5 V
- Strong team player abilities
