Police said the remains, discovered near 137 Avenue and 170 Street, have been identified as 54-year-old Robert Stauffer. His death is not considered suspicious.% H2 x y, B- i: w

Stauffer had not been seen or heard from since Jan. 24 after he attended a medical appointment. As this was not the first time he lost contact with his family, they did not report him missing until March 6.( u/ }( v+ Q% @3 D4 R4 ]& O2 n) i3 Q. R
