Police said the remains, discovered near 137 Avenue and 170 Street, have been identified as 54-year-old Robert Stauffer. His death is not considered suspicious.' ]# l& B; c0 L9 U

Stauffer had not been seen or heard from since Jan. 24 after he attended a medical appointment.
