Housing Program Worker

0 e6 t4 o8 n9 G# l5 AKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
. u2 G) d- v2 D* J$ i* \ To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
) y. }6 ~, h4 l& A) _% X) C To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
% \0 n+ P, w6 o To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.
+ n* _) @* P& a( d
Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
' X: g! D4 Y+ t2 F. F Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
% N' |1 S8 H+ m, k6 v2 N Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance

Hourly salary range is $8 to $10/hour
