Key Responsibilities:
- \: W2 T) ^: L+ d- v To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
- P8 N3 e. K3 u! G) r; E" j To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
, U0 P4 F; i  ?3 U( t* O To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

& {/ C/ n( a5 lQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
! _3 D" }' V$ y6 ?, H 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
4 H! c1 n, j$ \9 z: ~ Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
7 c/ ~: j5 q, l- `; x' w9 F4 w* b Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
