) ?1 S7 O# r3 ^& VKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
5 B  h+ l3 C5 l0 l; v* g To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
3 S6 [" ^) g. h, N# q" B To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

+ e- l0 O# Q) t2 s6 P. V4 Q" P$ DQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
4 R2 R" w# m, E# m 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
