8 |5 O( r* q" V: C; O6 y0 rPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

" E( z5 B& B3 G7 a2 I% G1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3 r" A1 V2 {5 c  B: K8 f' Z+ u  Y3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
0 D* ]# E+ W# f! W4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
4 [8 q/ x3 v5 o, h: v% F5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
