Low Cost Summer Programs Registration Day

Target:        Low income families with children/youth aged 3-17 residing in Edmonton
4 ~. T' P; B' C& }/ Z. }3 h. E" a' BDate        May 14, 2005 (Saturday)
Time        9:30am – 11:30am
Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
& r8 o! c9 N8 o. ]2 \, H$ v0 BPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
% I1 R2 ~/ `' p  j  JFees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
       
Remarks:
  P5 c% O0 o* Q4 c( i0 n$ {  \1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
+ W3 k; h  A. b3 b1 F$ c' O3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
+ }5 M' j  u& ^8 M# o" b3 u% Q* E7 \4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
% o$ Y+ C. o1 f8 v. O9 n6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

5 \; q! e8 Z* qFee Reduction Pass Applications

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
