Target:        Low income families with children/youth aged 3-17 residing in Edmonton

% ]# Z4 F! p* H4 p1 pPlace        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

% e4 W/ p3 K/ ]- J9 n) P# C4 W1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
" x, K+ V2 e. U* U3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes

8 e% w  W, G! s) HFee Reduction Pass Applications

, R& u; e, }) TWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
