Time        9:30am – 11:30am
) s; E* D9 h' [! G3 e, w0 }Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
, P$ J  [- Y. I# i. lPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
- B: ?8 G+ h. R- U7 J& BFees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

) a7 V. \) ]7 k9 y- G9 j( J1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
5 b6 O7 Y0 J7 @. A3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
& }5 _! C+ ?! `  Q- j  ^5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
