Job Description
" R& U P$ M0 F6 ?1 B2 \- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to
6 K0 M0 n# T _1 T provide services for Chinese community, b3 l x8 R2 \* ]- c
- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population . }( z2 x- o( @ U5 }
access to mainstream services- U0 i2 x, I* p( D4 n; h
- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of 2 D& o& k! C- B
social services
# n) |, ?' r* ]- l& B6 C- ?$ Y- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies
! D2 q0 x% }7 i- J7 M3 f6 k8 R) c- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members

- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre4 l4 e( Q$ B0 Q
- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services6 ?/ } R4 H# D' m8 r o
- assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as prescribed from time to time* I2 q+ P1 B& ^8 c9 F, m
- update membership database

Qualifications
8 ^* U% a1 ]0 B! |7 ?; F7 I# V- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of
& Z4 C ^5 y1 X; V experience and education
" |0 Y% D1 U: Y9 Q) P- good oral and written Chinese and English skills! t7 @7 f9 W* R; m+ X2 n- K6 Z
- experience in community work and immigrant services
! ^7 l& G1 U9 V7 {- experience in website update/design
/ N0 F. R& M+ N- N7 B' s) S8 f' E8 \+ b- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset( @, Q) c) d, Q- a+ U3 y3 x
