Term: 1-year Contract for Maternity Leave (Full time: 35 hours per week)

- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to ; j" l3 S4 [. S( N4 \: e" B9 X. j
provide services for Chinese community

- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of * g0 b! \( z8 t4 Q/ Z0 _5 V: S
social services

- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members

- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre
k* |. e, e6 v7 ^( T) m- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services
8 b' z. {2 J/ P1 } S- }- assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as prescribed from time to time

+ T, J8 j- e0 k+ j- work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends as required)

Qualifications
% g- Q# [. n+ j1 C. z: Z- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of

# Y+ C; L# ?6 M- good oral and written Chinese and English skills
) c U' z/ t8 B. J$ v7 C- experience in community work and immigrant services: r1 S3 M* V5 @7 ]( a
- experience in website update/design# L" U0 M- x3 O
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset$ D0 d( a* j+ G. s9 @, _4 ?
