- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to $ T7 y4 I d$ T7 `$ A9 A j2 [ l
provide services for Chinese community0 A! W0 X6 l$ C4 z
- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population
1 T/ Y1 t2 B( }# w access to mainstream services% ?/ `5 d) \9 j
- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of

1 Q: [& D3 x1 u4 `: c: K4 m+ u- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies; }1 y/ ]2 W8 W& N" Q/ c
- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members- s) H u: a/ w+ k! Y/ a3 @# Q8 M
- update ASSIST website

- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services

- update membership database

- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of

) y0 \& L7 a3 H7 b: q" m( r ]- good oral and written Chinese and English skills. f/ p( W5 f" g5 s; h
- experience in community work and immigrant services
, h- G7 I3 y/ ^) j( u2 J3 `1 ]+ }; r- experience in website update/design
7 U- Z* b/ q* `2 R; A2 j- x- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset/ o0 N, X/ P- p; n, c0 Q
