- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to 2 o# t, A$ S `3 q7 S9 P9 b
provide services for Chinese community
2 j, n! M7 t( V: z4 x& ~- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population
" p+ _0 f& u. Q8 ^# N access to mainstream services5 @8 z9 d. I$ u3 k3 q: T
- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of 2 U. b O+ E2 N3 V0 j" Y
social services# T% q# E8 y' M* i7 b6 Y
- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies
* _2 G- N6 q- t1 ~- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members

- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre

- assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as prescribed from time to time; M2 U' `) a; d/ h! ?
- update membership database

Qualifications
" H2 o \; B0 `# u; K+ f5 a& r* v- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of
7 ?2 i$ l& X/ Q' @) c experience and education 5 c {1 w& Y- C2 T. P6 R, I
- good oral and written Chinese and English skills
) c0 L# t8 J! Z* x- experience in community work and immigrant services% p! s, k, u5 x7 F6 c/ W
- experience in website update/design# R/ ?6 C# ]1 x" b# {- m; f. I
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset
