- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to

- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population 0 n1 G8 T; C% k9 o4 k9 A
access to mainstream services

social services
$ Q% D) g/ O! q( S7 w- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies5 f x' j' \) L- U# e1 O
- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members0 m R9 t n# t7 f" k
- update ASSIST website
! U A9 B( c4 {) s" ?- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre6 l2 Z( v( l F/ f7 n. h" r- M4 _
- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services0 {8 i1 b6 y0 g* }) a+ u5 l
- assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as prescribed from time to time

- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of , I2 O& ~: R0 D7 Y1 V/ l
experience and education
7 ^; Z, V& B a0 A- good oral and written Chinese and English skills
, H% P1 y) u4 y( U. I- experience in community work and immigrant services' U& @% X3 Q9 p' l
- experience in website update/design# i: X' G( ?6 Q0 N0 f" M* I
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset! Z+ d7 k1 _$ i% e) l
