provide services for Chinese community
8 Y+ \1 P; L) u- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population 4 U) M- i9 g, n4 ^6 J# X) t
access to mainstream services! y E* s* ~& ]% ]5 t
- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of
P; n/ N6 N# G4 O& |( v% B, A social services( {- Z1 i5 k* q7 u! T3 m7 L
- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies [3 K+ P, t) o$ p/ J" C
- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members: y" s( R8 j& d9 T# ?2 r: S& b
- update ASSIST website
! d6 U2 z# |& \& t! X- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre
4 d8 c. z4 [ k) o: d u1 P9 |- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services

- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of 9 K8 t: G6 F) H E4 f% C
experience and education

- S& g' v8 f6 i2 [) R% n' _- experience in community work and immigrant services9 l% P$ O( ^0 ^
- experience in website update/design
; m% A& z' R) a3 F: P8 ~- r- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset1 c* I% s! U e
