- community development, liaison with mainstream agencies to
1 y" n4 N* C' w; E provide services for Chinese community
% o9 i/ P; t r0 W; t/ r+ ?- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population
+ ?7 s1 V9 u& z! N6 N6 s access to mainstream services
5 c, r7 j3 c( v- X5 `1 ~- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of . R, K+ H4 U# N/ @ K1 |6 y7 u
social services" y7 O3 {$ z/ Q+ y% C0 S
- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies3 c/ k: O2 ^9 w4 C0 H. A
- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members

- assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as prescribed from time to time8 k" Z( M5 C! q: l4 _# i. W* N
- update membership database

- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of
- l) f( } Z8 b0 z5 [ experience and education
( a0 V" m. {% ^, [- good oral and written Chinese and English skills9 [( b- b! n' u7 H: H3 {5 p
- experience in community work and immigrant services% u* O: [ F/ K+ `- C
- experience in website update/design# L3 n* E4 ?. T; A4 s7 M
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset7 t% }8 H1 O* z. b! B
