Position title: Community Development Worker

provide services for Chinese community
" b0 x6 _ Z3 c- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population

* V- G9 C7 \* N, L. b' X- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of

- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies5 f; ?( `4 p/ |6 @
- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members

- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre

- assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as prescribed from time to time+ s0 B0 S8 b5 X/ M0 M+ M. o

- work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends as required)1 ]( t; I& c# Z$ Z

- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of 3 \+ _5 X, G3 E' d4 C }% T
experience and education . H4 F5 g4 j* _5 E9 Z
- good oral and written Chinese and English skills
7 z& ^ m# x% ~* S- experience in community work and immigrant services2 l. g9 f( S n) z) n) w2 F2 H+ h
- experience in website update/design
2 ~' L: W( r- L: m* L f3 w8 V- Q- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset
