provide services for Chinese community$ L2 _5 x K* [
- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population

2 R; X: x/ U/ j/ E- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of % Q: P) X( }; W8 [3 ?% ^9 }- k
social services
A# d( l8 e9 }5 e- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies
. |& o4 c, g( Y) w |- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members, s4 I3 |) w( R5 b5 j" j- x
- update ASSIST website3 ?% b _6 h+ Z0 b
- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre* ?1 ~4 L2 p* k" X+ W# U+ D
- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services

- work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends as required)

- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of 8 E( j% @( ~6 V: J
experience and education
1 X9 Z. S/ w* e8 G- good oral and written Chinese and English skills
% _' @; h T( F4 Q3 E) ~2 P- experience in community work and immigrant services
Q+ [! r9 S; r& b% }4 B* B- experience in website update/design/ {0 u% c" b/ F9 J8 Y
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset
