Job Description

- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population ) Q6 p+ C6 L" d: \- w6 M! C/ }
access to mainstream services6 F% j! |$ V: [1 b; W' f# B# _1 w# {: \
- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of
z k/ _, w2 [5 v8 e social services* j+ m6 x1 E @% X# X; h
- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies
, A5 P$ F7 G$ Q0 C) K4 @- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members! n$ a+ g+ T+ K3 {( u
- update ASSIST website: ^0 P* X) ^+ g/ ]0 F" Y
- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre

- assist with Centre’s other activities or programs as prescribed from time to time

) P$ q$ N8 ]* k+ E. c6 N- work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends as required)

Qualifications) j( P8 `+ ^& J4 x. d3 R" ]+ N
- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of 9 d Q; n: k4 W6 c7 y
experience and education 5 \: H" @( K$ f) k
- good oral and written Chinese and English skills. P. i8 R6 W5 ~( a" Q
- experience in community work and immigrant services, S2 [7 u& o3 u8 _% U
- experience in website update/design
