- workshops, seminars, activities that give Chinese population $ y, t8 q& u5 o! q* T- ~& u, H
access to mainstream services- x+ N5 {. f+ X. |
- fulfill needs that are not met in Chinese community in terms of
! R! A$ [2 N0 V1 F0 r social services
: l, l" a7 k5 Y- E$ f9 d- develop good working relationships with mainstream and ethnic agencies, F( j- {: C7 S6 n( Z2 e+ ^
- coordinate good will activities and send out quarterly newsletter to members
' a$ }. k D A" q3 c( Y- update ASSIST website# [$ }$ L! B+ ~& g# b
- demonstrate team spirit in achieving vision and objectives of Centre
0 ~7 s- F# L* O8 v; Z- @" q- participate in external committees/conferences/workshops related to immigrant services

Qualifications
J: a% a& O; B% A" t- V7 W3 z4 j- degree/diploma in social/human sciences with 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent of
; X* q$ J% I Y1 R experience and education , h. L! z2 m' ~& Z9 X, g3 Y
- good oral and written Chinese and English skills
8 n, z4 n* j6 g- experience in community work and immigrant services1 W+ N; L4 z1 T) o" A$ g, V9 t
- experience in website update/design
- ?" U! H( l3 Y- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset) |: H8 z3 n! ^, O
