# \9 W/ d, Z+ B7 g, nIs looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;  

) `# A' A7 U  u" \Wage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Skill/Education/Experience required:
* }6 E) Y5 \  o0 b0 l- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
! s' ~5 X0 K8 I8 ?7 w# Z3 T& P- Paying attention to details;
+ g/ T$ r8 U+ j. B# [3 ^$ }- Good time management and organizational skills required;
1 l$ c% G' F- u, L7 u8 |- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;

" R  q7 w9 ~  j$ C9 y4 H- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
) M8 J' m+ s% j0 @( ~$ {# h$ U, O- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
) R' W4 B: h" C' U: c- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
