能否告诉我建新屋ＧＳＴ退税的事宜，政府的网页在哪里？

一般builder的售价都已经包括了这个退税了，最高好像是可以退36％

8 k$ I7 W! w' DThat is the case that the agreement of purchase and sale were entered before january 1, 2008, and both ownership and possession are transferred after January 1, 2008. The GST was changed from 6% to 5%.
