I tried their phone number 1.888.783.7866 almost 1 hour today, only heard the busy ring.* m# z7 s$ b R$ ~
Really worry about their service.
You'd better use their live help online. Each time when I have problem, I always use the live help, sometimes I have to wait for a while, sometimes I get immediately help depending on how busy they are.
