针对阿尔伯达医生的投诉第三年下降

   针对阿尔伯达医生的投诉已经连续第三年下降。与2006年的582件和2007年的571件投诉相比，2008年针对阿尔伯达7000多名有资格证医师的投诉仅有550件。
2 [& Q$ _2 \; U( C   阿尔伯达内外科医学院负责登记投诉的Trevor Theman医生说，“不管数字是大还是小，我们都把每一次的投诉看成是医生提高自身业务水平的机会。”医学院对每一件投诉都同等对待。一旦收到投诉信，被投诉的医生就会拿到一份复印件并有机会进行做出解释。之后，将决定是否继续调查，调查的内容包括查看医疗纪录、询问其他医护人员、目击者或被投诉的对象本人。调查结束后，院方会同医生们一起向被投诉的医生提出建议、让这名医生写一份声明或致歉信、在经过其同意后限制其教学或出诊方面的工作。如果这种非正式的解决手段不奏效，或者投诉涉及到严重违反规定的问题，就将采取正式的审讯手段。
   尽管投诉总数直线下降，但个别领域的投诉却有增无减。涉及办公环境的投诉从2007年的11件增加到2008年的20件。另外，涉及医生自我宣传自我吹捧的投诉从2007年的2件上升至2008年的13件。

College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) is a non-responsible organization. I had made a complaint, and sent to this poorly managed organization in person. However, after several months, I did not get any reply, then I check what's wrong. Unbelievable! its staff then compalint manager told me that they can not find my file! How poor the management in CPSA!

2 Q4 z, w+ h4 ?: DAlso, the most of complaints are rejected. Unless you get the medical malpractice cases and find lawyers you do not need to pay, but share the compensation. Such cases are easy to win, but take long time, similar to car accident cases.

I am thinking whether to take legal actions against CPSA.
