The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"1 [, Z# P* M2 D
3 ~0 j. N  \% v- `; t
In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

OK,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,WAIT....................

It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.

Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.5 v4 g. B2 o+ S/ n4 T

& [' A5 Y" Y3 v' A9 m- I+ [+ YBE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.

ISSUE THREE:UPS# w# ?! Z2 c+ i

TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.

+ ?' X1 F2 {" Q0 a+ CLast week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......% j  k, U9 |9 Y& s/ E
' k8 G2 h. t1 |8 q8 ^6 S! ?
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:! Y2 d9 u. |/ ^" q; L5 Q+ E% r
2 X" x& r/ v6 Q0 e# F5 G9 O
at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!

9 v' f( ~* f/ D* Z  }3 K- F" d/ eat 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.- B+ K6 F& I6 F( H

BMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
: k5 V: [& r- }( N' i所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。
, w0 v/ v( b! l# g  p+ ?因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)! X5 O" a$ z4 v3 m& ]( B
剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!# {" w/ F0 X: Y* N
也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!% T6 p5 B9 }0 P( C  t% k/ C
再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
; O5 M4 u& }( _4 _4 N2 h. Q後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator- H* m- M) b4 t6 q8 j" W4 a
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況/ v& `  l4 Q/ k
Driver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。

6 N; a5 ^; [* S6 V最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!
: Z" N) o2 v+ i! m( _4 y. U(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
( r$ b5 M/ v# H$ e+ n再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?/ _( d! e+ h' s& V$ x

在那時候我瞭解到一件事情5 o# v" \/ W& X4 S( u
就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare. K! d/ J& d/ I: }( L# Z
這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!/ g! J! I7 C7 ?1 U% ~
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!" u( v* S  S$ X+ ?
不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!. {3 H9 h/ R) ~  b  v2 P! O
日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。* }* c/ a( l/ n9 s: ^$ w  d+ w5 h
所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了! : Z* D# U# {- \2 H* y7 }8 @5 S

7 }; s/ f7 A" |, ^! \5 b6 e# n但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.' h6 D9 ^  |0 h) O' j; \% ]
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

" G3 N0 x9 o+ H不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
