The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"
( m* e# ?% {4 K$ ^% }' j" R/ s& C6 U! K, O) X% t6 K
In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

OK,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,WAIT....................0 x$ y' L* Z; {/ q

ISSUE TWO:FIDO.......

# h( t: @: ^8 x" cIt is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.
+ N/ [# J: e0 @$ u8 e2 L6 w! E9 }8 O- t  z% [% s% {6 F
Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.

TODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.4 D) z1 ~6 h/ Z! o5 s8 g

0 A, G2 T( a/ b! eLast week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......
5 T  d# c# V. R5 P# N, S' @" h5 R' ]8 Q3 g0 y2 ?
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:

at 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!* u3 B, i) E  u6 T$ j1 D; G5 j) P
2 s# M2 o0 b! s9 P
at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.

ISSUE FOUR:BMO) O; H3 w" `, r

9 }- n- D9 O9 bBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!% O5 U9 \( _. A8 x% z$ E

HOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。. B; b6 E: w1 f' `2 g
所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。
0 F, g% w( P$ E$ H1 c3 z因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)
) Q! V6 O; b3 m; ~: l7 J1 ^7 v4 ^8 ?剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!  O* X( ~! D0 z$ p3 p- s
也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!  W. _2 `8 X0 h! _1 S: U$ O
再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
6 u' I2 a3 Z! u- H) f後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator+ T: k- D2 G. k! Y6 I
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況, H2 H$ E" f+ o! K8 J& F% k
Driver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
% a) m# ?, P! {0 b" Y  h- `
* ?; ]' q  c0 b5 B+ G最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!/ U2 S, ~6 v" h& |8 n* G# E" z
(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。" @8 j5 o0 ~) Z
再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?
. u$ g$ }  I3 \4 M- Q
" s- |5 w8 O* J6 [在那時候我瞭解到一件事情) q6 _. {' W& t8 J5 _  t
就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
% S9 E0 j: q, ]  ~. O0 m這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!
7 Y$ R9 x5 q0 `% m$ n9 b4 x3 `對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!# M1 ^, B: q; A2 ~% I
不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!
9 a( Q! m: K' ^! k日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。
) |1 O9 V6 L" H所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了! # F0 j4 |0 v9 D! a( N. c0 F% |
; G( {$ A- Q# f+ n! M
但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.
  k) n( z% Z1 T. \" d& DLast year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing% M9 G. J! G! {# k! T  o4 h# U

1 m+ n: M- @& ]; F2 R1 I3 d+ Y不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
