请教罚单问题

一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

8 P9 `. ~  O" f/ j% P: D  x% T前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

) `4 Z7 I- X8 A. |请教：

1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

+ T0 `; R' a/ H9 p3。现在可以去考5号高级牌吗？

first suspense is 30 days, i believe.
