一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

1 N! |( \  C2 t) T& c/ S( G9 `前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

请教：

: m( o) g& h2 q! G6 i' X- X1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

once you have over 8 demerit point ,with class 5 GDL, your licence will be suspense.

  c/ D& ^# O6 n# n) z- t' Iroad test after 2 years from the date you passed your class 5 GDL road test.
once your licence is suspensed, no AMA course, nothing can help you to get your licence back but passage of time.
first suspense is 30 days, i believe.

driver record/abstract for 2 years from the date of conviction.
however, the voilation will stay for 3 years.
