如果撞车造成给对方的损失超过了一千快。

% s8 {  `. ^) [/ y对方说必须要去警察局要张NOTICE才能在BODYSHOP修车。。。

9 P2 K# v5 P' K( r/ ~1)如果对方去警察局要修车NOTICE的时候，警察会不会通知我的保险公司？（因为我们想私了）

2)因为错在我方，他通知警察局后警察是否再会给我一张不遵守交通的TICKET.

3)万一警察通知了保险公司，但我们都认可私了，不用保险公司出一分钱，我的保费还会再涨吗？

不是高手，谈谈个人经验。保险公司都可以接受私了的解决办法，关键是当事人能不能接受。如果完全私了，保险没有涨的理由，也不会因为这个原因涨。超过千元的损失一定要报警，警察给违章方开罚单的可能性当然有，不过即使警方通知了保险公司，但是你们私了了，警方的报告和没有报告都一样。

警方不会通知你都保险公司，需要自己或者对方通知。
我觉得警察给你开罚单都可能性比较小。
我上次被撞，我们去了警察局，对方那个人带都保险都过期了，也没有收到罚单呀？
+ e- d/ [0 A: n) S( `警察局只管备案，然后给双方一个修理车身都单子，其他他们就不怎么管了。

% \; Y8 j# {. ^) Y# b3不会，保险公司不出钱就不会涨保险。但是如果你被开罚单，然后减分了，就不一定了。

写报告的时候肯定说我是责任方，和违规方。所以要看那时候警察心情好不好了。。。

另外如果我的车没有损失1000块，我需要和她一起去警察局写报告拿NOTICE吗？
听对方的语气好像是说我不需要和她一起去。。。

eg. your vehicle damage is 500

你可以和她一起去，一式3分，你一份，她一份，警察一份。或者让她自己去，会头给你一份就行，反正错在你，她怎么描述也不重要了，只要别故意给你找罚单就行了。

to go, then police will phone you to come in.

去写REPORT时候需要带些什么资料？ 需要对方的车牌号和驾照号还有保险号吗？

还是只需要写我自己的infor?

your operator licence.
you can go the nearest police station to your home.
) N6 R% o9 u1 D  z% ybut preferably if you know which police station the other driver went
to, then you go to the same one. that will make the police work
more smoothly.

ps: could you educate us on what caused the car crash, so we can
     all learn from your mistakes.
