yes, green light ticket is coming.
it has become law on Jan 1, 2009.
the police called "automated speed monitoring and enforcement program".
for the first three months, police will send you warning letter.
after that be prepare to pay $$$.

it is a very simple techonogy.
police will install a speed detection device (radar) together
with the red light camera.
if you were speeding at you going through the green lighted intersection, you
will get a speeding ticket in the mail, just like photo radar ticket.
if you were speeding at the same time as you running red light, then
you will get two ticket, one for red light violation, second one speeding.

let us all be a better and safe drivers.
