The City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog: - ?$ v: C* d/ J
/ U. F2 g) U% C) Q. ^6 gThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw
' b7 r9 P+ ?8 F) r' GThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw ) ? p- M+ }4 Y/ s% a
That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act # _; @6 _# y, C" w, X+ M
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
