Definition of Restricted Dog

% A" p- x3 ~7 E' q# U) R2 g% DThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw
$ H! ?& _) X; s9 jThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw
; D% o0 d4 K1 O) }" {That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act
