Cantruss, 俺来说两句。。。。哎哟,谁在扔砖头?!
"Cantruss", as well called as "Uni-strud", or "C channel", is a very commonly used industrial/commercial standard framing/supporting material, usually used to make a sort of brackets as a support to Cable Tray by using spring nuts and bolts, or use "P Clamp" to hold pipes/conduits/cables, even sometime are used to bolt onto another material directly.

3 B @6 p* A1 ~' wthe most commonly used size of cantruss also called standard cantruss has its dimension of 2 5/8" by 1 7/16", with holes bored on either side or just a whole piece. other than that, we also use "shallow cantruss", which is half the depth of standard size or "double cantruss", which is pre-manufactured two standard cantruss simply back to back welded together.4 A- A: R' Z' _; Q4 ?0 q

Most cantruss are made by steel, however, we do see aluminum cantruss some time as well, for an instance, the rung or a ladder tray.% R: z3 H9 J! j- j+ I

OThe best way to cut a contruss is by using chop saw, however chop saws are banded on some jobsite in Alberta, which is very wired. other means of cutting a contruss might be band saw, sawsall(reciprocating saw), or hydraulic cantruss cutter. Hacksaw does work as well, by you might need a little bit musle!( P8 B5 T: K( _3 N+ |! R+ ?8 ^

Most common ways to put cantruss together is by welding, drill hole and bolt it together, or using some pre-fabricated "T" or "L" shape joiners

1 ~2 F% m4 G/ v2 q, aSteel cantruss is usually galvanized for corrosion resistance, but the galvanize also causes some problem and generate poison gas when welding .
