我只有7号牌,没有5号牌,没有办法开车.

first, i suggest to take driver training.
after 10 hours of basic in-car practice

! q9 a1 N' }0 y& Ksitting beside must have a non-gdl license.

hopefully, by the time you are ready (after 1 year) for
/ j- e4 C! @/ e* ?+ Z3 Q; r  e. ]the road test. you should have accumulated over 400 hours
of driving time on you belt. passing that simple road test
5 C! U" [0 V! ^0 ]/ k( N. |! `& S+ lshould be a piece of cake.

好像7号牌可以开车吧，只要你找个5号牌（非GDL）的人坐在你身边~~~~

是可以， 但是出了事故， 这位5号高级牌的兄弟保险要涨很多

没办法,只能多等上1年,慢慢熬吧,日子过得很快的

不差这一年，很快就过去。有7号牌可以到驾校学车了。
