最近一段时间，因为体育馆场地负责人黄先生回国，体育馆活动出现了令人难堪的

育馆，并要求活动到十点半；二，对管理人员不尊重，说脏话；三，有些人员出了" b& I* w) }; n
体育馆活动区进入学校其它区域。! Q, }( H5 ?$ ?0 p" n

我们针对校方提出的问题，提出几点明确要求：晚九点十五分停止所有场内活动，: W. }# Y$ {% Y7 G' C0 {( c$ Z7 w! }
九点三十分全部人员离开体育馆，不准遗留垃圾和杂物；对管理人员完全尊重，并3 Z9 {$ D. C2 n/ u1 G0 i
协助其做好清场和清洁工作；进出体育馆时不能穿越学校其它区域，应走规定的路

Thanks for the phone call back. I need to point out a couple of things:

1. Several members of your group are refusing to leave at the end of the

hassled on many occasions and the group insists they are booked until 10:309 D* t: @& f$ `* ~
p.m. They will not vacate when asked. Should this happen again, I have instructed

2. In the short time your group has been using the gym, several group members

etc.). I would greatly appreciate if you spoke to your group and ensure3 O! t& v6 l" P; p0 F; D, R
this does not happen again. No staff member has to put up with this kind

3. It is IMPERATIVE that you emphasize to your group members that they are4 K* t+ M# a, `- s) [' l) r. {
NOT to be wandering around this building. They are trespassing in areas
# z) N8 I& o5 n0 E- R* }: fthat are not related to the gym booking at all. Although we are making every5 J r' H+ M- S4 D9 R5 ^
endeavour to get the passageway doors locked prior to your arrival, the
