有如下几个问题，麻烦朋友们帮我逐一解答一下：

3.留学多久后允许老婆或父母探亲？对家属的探亲时间限制是多久？

1. i dont see any, but i guess the younger the better.

  Q' l4 \& k4 B4. yes, if your wife is here, you can apply with her. if not, im not sure the process, but you can.
5. it depends on. for single person, 300rent+40phone+20internet+66.5bus pass+150-200meal, almost 600, and at least 550. but you have to prepare extra money for entertaiment, home supplies, text books, kinda application fees, cab expenses and etc. So, you need 700-800/month average.(i think 700 is still tough, 800 is ok)
6. i prefer canada.

(data from me and my friends) in business field, average may be start from 25k-30k/yr(easy to find, some dont need xp). engineer around 50k/yr(hard to find, need xp). and labour maybe $10-11/hr. It is really depends on your english, your skill and your luck. 5000/month in China is a bit high. in here after tax 5000/month is very high.
8. good. i cannot explain too much. its really good.
9. it depends on how much you saved before. the government doesnt pay too much.
