Context: The Support Network, Edmonton's Crisis & 211 Centre, is looking for an innovative leader to join our team as the Supervisor of our Education Services Program. Hours are 28-35 hrs per week (negotiable), and may require some evenings/weekends - to start early to mid November. % O) c k1 F" j3 e+ rResponsibilities: coordinate program plans involving social entrepreneurship & target marketing; supervise Education Services staff; participate as a member of The Support Network's Leadership Team; assist in the development of program related budgets, reports, proposals; coordinate bookings/workshop development; expand & develop external relationships to benefit program; deliver workshops./ i8 Q! L$ c7 N; C6 j. s3 T
6 M$ ~: {& ^* I; R( LYou Have: post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent combination of education/training/experience; minimum 2 years supervisory experience; experience in Human Services and with business planning, marketing/program development; knowledge of suicide, family violence & crisis intervention.# w+ b3 J3 q$ r: B; Z6 }% Z, w

Plus: knowledge/experience with Adult Education; excellent written/oral communication & computer skills (including power point); the willingness to work with grace under pressure to meet deadlines; the ability to problem solve & the ability to work in a team environment.
