: m/ I* j2 G  I0 X* C/ } We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

Duties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

! E* T4 X* y; S1 v, }; }Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
) P' U0 k& s: q* x8 i•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
0 O# b, @7 O8 u9 B% Z' H* K•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
. U# j+ n+ p/ ^+ I  l•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
4 E$ H; e, z; P& [9 N- ]•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
