We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

: D  K' n7 Q( M4 A4 u' D! DDuties:
/ \3 f. V2 |- q5 ^; s0 l+ h/ j•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
# ]' J- `  X, m9 V( M4 R•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
( C* H) V  @; k2 g1 c4 O4 H•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
' K, g5 J5 Z5 K" G" L1 }0 }•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
; X6 V' z5 m2 G. _: {9 V% L) I•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
& A* ?; `% O" K5 Q•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
$ E. K9 D' o  {! ], I9 C+ T•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
