0 \0 x( M; Q( g. P/ l+ tPosition: Assistant Campaign Coordinator. This is a full-time, contract position which reports to the Campaign Manager. Responsibilities include providing support to the planning, organizing and coordinating of the annual Asthma and Allergies Door to Door Campaign for The Lung Association - Alberta & NWT.

8 s0 G# u# d) V# m- pTasks: recruiting volunteers & volunteer leaders; establishing and maintaining relationships with volunteer leaders; providing advice and assistance to volunteers; data entry/verification; assisting with the preparation of campaign materials; assisting with the delivery and pick up of canvassing materials and donations; assisting with campaign wrap up; other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: position requires exceptional organizational/time management & problem solving skills, the ability to multi-task, and handle a large volume of work on a periodic basis; must possess excellent verbal/written communication skills; a valid Driver's License/access to a vehicle; proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Access; experience in a related capacity, especially in the non-profit sector an asset; some evening and weekend work will be required.
