The pain of our loss is beyond anything we could

> and over again people tell us that they could never

( ]" [" w8 V; }> depth of our loss. That is true. But we know of One
  R1 g  @' h+ x! x7 z- u4 R> who does understand and
! N9 d- w& d* w4 B" L3 D> feel our pain because He lost His son, too. It
: o/ g; P4 a. \, ^% X> happened when God gave the
> sinless life of His son ant the cross to redeem
> sinful lives and to purchase
> forgiveness for us all. There days later, He raised
> His son from the dead
& g0 F9 X# o# ^) x5 P: |. E* }7 r> and conquered death. It is though this event where
) R$ ]. q  H$ _# @6 a> human history was
0 [3 p% a9 U0 G> intersected by divine grace and mercy that we have
> hope. This hope, that's
' B0 l: A$ V* e, [" w# ^- ~> what's sustaining us. It's not an idle wish, but a
. I6 M+ F) f  v# D7 @> certainty based on the
> promise of God. And this hope fills us with eager
> anticipation and a longing
& ~. `/ ]" w9 P' w> for the time when we shall be forever with the Lord.

> will ease the pain of our loss, as the Prince of
> Peace comes to our hearts
