' R* w( n1 y: V: P" V5 U/ Y1 Z9 KEDMONTON - One man is dead and another is in hospital after a pickup truck rolled in northeast Edmonton this morning.
$ K5 Z9 X3 M0 C6 L) cPolice said they attempted to stop a truck after it stunted, spinning its tires in front of a cruiser, at 139th Avenue and Victoria Trail shortly before 2 a.m.
! x- j7 L* n9 q$ U2 y+ eOfficers lost sight of the truck, but caught up to it about a minute later. It had hit a curb and rolled at 139th Avenue and 23rd Street. The driver was ejected and was killed.) Z8 q9 l+ |6 ~1 g9 d5 X: d, e2 V
The male passenger suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries. Speed and alcohol are being blamed for the crash.- q# M3 L1 P; f% S# q! P
