I do not think Firefox is faster than IE. There are more viruses to IE just because it's more popular and Firefox is pretty new. If FireFox occupies 80% of the market, who knows what will happen. It's nothing about ActiveX technology. There is nothing that is bulletproof.( V% q. d$ X3 \5 W

For whatever reason, Firefox should be safer, I am not saying faster though. But spyware/adware can make your computor very slow. Check you folder: 0 _+ L# l& `8 s& a$ j3 s7 L7 c ! C. Y5 J/ J) ~6 }1 N. J2 GDocuments and Setting\(your user name)\cookie or folder system32 to see what kind of adware\sypware already in your system # ] @. D% h3 D' h- U$ Q9 W i) N/ B

I am using Mozilla in my Linux and IE in my XP. Besides the muti-tab feature, they are almost the same.
