Enhanced Respite Program
Coordinated Enhanced Respite Program4 ?/ J# o; ^+ K- O$ }& s+ Y
The YWCA Edmonton Family Services program is
9 N: O3 {' K$ P7 K1 \% K; qrecruiting for community support workers in the
+ }/ q, }& F$ b ]Coordinated Enhanced Respite program at a variety of8 a7 J# ]; v( s3 f+ [" F4 U5 _' i
locations in the city.
" |8 o$ q; a. g, Q6 HStaff would provide respite care to parents or primary
) k, F9 v2 t. _+ x& rcare givers of children with moderate to severe physical4 o6 n4 m+ E$ s
or cognitive developmental disabilities for shifts of three% d+ H) Z, {3 f$ H2 [8 [# y. d
(3) or more hours per day worked. During the school9 N$ ]! i ?7 T( ~" K
year, as the children are in school during the day, the
* K' C) Y) g, Kbulk of the hours available will be late afternoons and/ |! u1 w( a% ]! R1 J
evenings or on weekends.

Qualifications:

disabilities (this could include volunteer work)- ^0 g3 s! _5 k' i
• the ability to support the clients with all aspects
