Enhanced Respite Program
Coordinated Enhanced Respite Program

' m: x( L/ g3 p/ w! hrecruiting for community support workers in the5 r, Y0 p8 @! G4 F
Coordinated Enhanced Respite program at a variety of3 P8 H- P. }3 k ^+ V
locations in the city.
+ ]: W g; d V/ K( G( r# [Staff would provide respite care to parents or primary
7 Z/ C& f5 }* y F6 k) g- Ccare givers of children with moderate to severe physical( P% A9 r5 b; ~
or cognitive developmental disabilities for shifts of three! T- g; k$ H3 S T
(3) or more hours per day worked. During the school9 m" I0 N! j& m! g: Q( X' J
year, as the children are in school during the day, the
1 q+ w" F- A- abulk of the hours available will be late afternoons and
7 Z7 w. g2 l7 r8 o8 e8 {3 yevenings or on weekends.
$ N- M( A; k' U6 z4 o- hHowever, during the summer months, there will be' K |: Y" U+ Y5 {) D& }5 M
extended hours available during weekdays while

Qualifications:

disabilities (this could include volunteer work)

of community inclusion

• Clear Criminal Record and Child and Youth
