Coordinated Enhanced Respite program at a variety of) ^$ l/ O3 Q0 a
locations in the city.& ?; f: h% v% J/ \' T. X. L3 d* J+ y8 ?7 _
Staff would provide respite care to parents or primary
' G; w; }* B% v6 r6 _1 zcare givers of children with moderate to severe physical
- x- ]! }- Z( S+ l$ y6 ^5 w; Vor cognitive developmental disabilities for shifts of three
! F! I! {6 d" {(3) or more hours per day worked. During the school3 i3 F" S! |5 u7 l
year, as the children are in school during the day, the) l* h# N' a5 }1 B0 F
bulk of the hours available will be late afternoons and
) o8 O) \$ T6 Y5 L, h6 |- s0 ]: @0 Gevenings or on weekends.

Qualifications:

disabilities (this could include volunteer work)

of community inclusion
