z2 o4 z' R" }( T% z2 A7 \o Accountable for Towards A New Generation (T.A.N.G.) youth program; y2 B2 p3 ~" ?4 Y4 }% S
o Writing final reports and assisting in grant proposals for future youth program/ l4 s* g) q/ Q% G# K8 ?+ f( g
o Supervising and recruiting volunteers for youth program
% P; }* j. Z6 L' Q$ {% So Coordinate, develop, and manage a summer youth program- y* k2 h5 |$ f/ O: @, b5 `
o Liaison and working with community and community services providers to further develop youth and girls/women program
7 ]+ k( O/ I0 l5 L E1 Co Train in areas of management, organization and fundraising2 h& |" |) Z- K9 _& J
o Accountable for evaluation of all activities based on logic model+ G( ?) E) K; \" V
o Demonstrate team spirit in achieving visions and objectives of the Centre7 E; H1 P0 y9 v% t$ |- M
o Participate in external committees, conferences and workshops for youth related issues2 L! P# t+ r& K2 o% P
o Be open and willing to explore new ideas7 ^* W% s( u H/ ~4 Y
o Work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends4 m4 S+ ~% `4 {; J
o Be energetic, enthusiastic and most importantly, sense of humor

Qualifications! B$ W& | d" Q2 K% t2 W% q
o Degree/diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Community Services, Human Services or any other post secondary education with related work experience
2 |+ o6 b% {& go Good oral and written English, second Asian language an asset
% \& S/ G' h4 k: h4 N# ?o Experience in community work, supervising and managing youths, volunteers, immigrant related issues, experience or knowledge of crime prevention issues an asset
3 G+ W/ C( y1 W% G, V2 so Leadership skills, well organized, able to multi-task, good social skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
