各位朋友，我的申请材料需要IQAS评估。

但是我登陆IQAS网站，却发现IQAS APPLICATION FORM下载连接无效。

请问哪位朋友有IQAS APPLICATION FORM的电子版文档，请给我发一份，本人不胜感激。

去移民中心自己拿一份，还能省100刀申请费。

I really wish to get one from immigrant center but I can not because i am still in China now.:)

What do you mean by saving 100CANs,would you please let me know?

Anyway,I have gotten one form from IQAS by e-mail.If anyone want it,please let me know,I would like to share it with you.

我不知道你为什么这么着急做这个评估。等来了也不迟呀。
移民中心现在有这个服务，100元的基本评估费由政府给你出，所以我说100元免费。剩下的200作为资料的评估，如果你想做，你自己出钱。而且你在国内需要把所有证件原件邮寄过来，你不怕丢了吗？:P

对于申请学校用的assessment for educational institution是否可以请他们出钱做呢？还有，你说的在那个地址的机构叫什么名字？
