. o( p$ ?# X" O' EContext: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
6 P7 a, D7 H- W8 l! RHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Duties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

3 I2 [2 w- E, K3 |1 O4 UHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

5 Y' [- u- F. M% w3 h+ B6 SDuties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time

: l* A6 h4 S, y7 l8 r: qHours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

; j: s! Q, |+ }& z( H8 uDuties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
