# }9 z; W* V# Q2 EContext: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

8 H- a7 V0 k* i! ]7 a! p3 A(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.

; y0 Z; ?0 z& U; TDuties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

$ L: F* n- J9 L  Q! ?Duties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

2 h4 g& _5 M( t: Q% W& @2 \! G(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time
! O3 l; M1 W4 t# h3 X) OWhere: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre
4 w+ g2 Q7 j/ m" y2 k# @Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

' X* g1 @% O1 l0 ~. a) G9 EDuties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
