that do not have multiple designers and a design supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (in order of importance. Other duties may

2. Performs programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, casework,7 Z& N6 k* a+ n
product pricing, design and selection of fabrics and finishes, includes as-built6 T+ M+ z) a3 M0 ~
drawings, block plans, space plans and finished working drawings for
% X7 h! _, v" l, n3 Aspecification and installation.1 q$ _1 v: K* H z( T9 t$ t1 i
3. Provides professional customer interface by attending client planning
/ ^. w0 c9 x2 F! ?( Vmeetings to determine furniture needs and develops solutions to meet these

4. Offers technical design and creative consultation to customers by answering

5. Coordinates, develops, and reviews proposed project designs and construction

site in order to perform accurate measurements. Will do plan-to-site adherence

7. Develops project specifications, double checks specifications against plans,8 Q) w5 M" U# Q2 l3 Z" ?: |+ r) L" o
assures specifications are ready for order entry (SIF file), and manages changes
$ Z3 v" `2 s3 r3 uand revisions.
# e+ G) v8 \& j8. Verifies the company design standards have been met. Provides on-site job
& G; s" c& S! F8 Q1 Z. \" winspections comparing construction drawings to final build-out.3 A. Q: ^. ^9 J+ @- z* |2 f( n
9. Tracks, records and ties design hours to specific projects for job costing.4 J J: j8 s. _5 v' ~
10. Works with installers to ensure installation meets customer specifications.

% W* Z6 b% h' Gexperience required. Prior experience in office furniture industry, general
