The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

! E7 j& ?' v$ d8 z4 ~7 E2 ^Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
# C# y* I% l! H; P6 L: ?- ]$ b( A- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
' h, V5 b& v# u1 Z9 D- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

* f, b2 D. G* v3 `+ C- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
