The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

; J7 ]" J4 }; X/ s* QHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

' Y: K' |" V0 g9 v# mPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

8 `4 j- k/ _* [; l9 V1 k  Q= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
* E( m& U3 Y. G- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights
+ S0 q0 r7 _7 V: u
- m$ a; B6 D* h6 [0 o
- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
+ Z/ {  ?7 ]5 R6 X- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

9 e8 F  y% @2 k; F3 WAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
