" u! \$ r$ ^4 p8 vThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

4 U; P5 E3 P- Z4 S, cHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
/ H0 V: P5 l' c0 t4 J: n$ h- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
  A3 p( D7 L9 o- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

/ K$ `# {, g  K/ t3 S! D& g- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
! y( V4 ~* _3 J5 b1 d- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
