The CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

" C) U! x5 j9 b7 U8 U% q. PHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

: V2 M( N8 H* GPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

, V, r- B8 H0 I3 P6 ]- V- Q= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
' |& k2 d5 S+ Y7 P0 C1 o0 Q# }; k- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
8 P* c( y' o, j4 g- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights
2 F' D% N/ i  \6 N

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
- N3 ~0 z6 A/ n7 T% m- The return Boat fare to Victoria
% M9 M' Z7 m2 V$ r1 a- G- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

* C6 o1 K  U! s, h$ }And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
