Works within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele! Z- V# B, |, L
Responsible for specialization in workstation image management

Edits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System

Qualifications
: d' k9 b1 \, ETwo year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
( [% Q, r% c- YRecent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) U0 f, {1 n- `
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations- y# T% e% K f1 P
Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)" A; G7 x! N$ C9 g% A; Z
Strong analytical, diagnostic, written and oral communication skills' Z% W& h1 a8 S6 L3 H; F8 \, ^
