Are you an immigrant woman who:

& T$ h% t, Z' \2 E1 v4 |-  arrived in Canada less than three years ago?
. a  L9 v0 {+ j8 Z% S" P6 l% Y-  has taken an English language assessment test?
) S6 i6 [2 U, Y8 X2 y-  scored at least a Level 3 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (LINC)?

- b6 b% L5 Q+ r* uIf the answers are yes, then you are invited to apply to attend our pre-employment program

MAKING CHANGES PROGRAM is a pre-employment, life skill orientation program with an English component.  It is a two week program requiring four days a week or once a week for eight weeks for a total of 48 hours.

THE COURSE OFFERS:

4 s: B3 q, j! ^/ ZCounseling to help you find what is right for you.
  F2 C+ |5 ?1 ^  A' B3 f# tOpportunity to develop your English Language skills.
Opportunities in class to practice difficult situations, e.g. a job interview or proper telephone etiquette.
Information about community agencies and services.
Information about going back to school, returning to work, or changing your job.
Continued support after the course to help you carry out your plan.
