Are you an immigrant woman who:

8 W) d' K$ S) d" T-  arrived in Canada less than three years ago?
-  has taken an English language assessment test?
$ a, d6 w' k/ X6 J; D, q: z-  scored at least a Level 3 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (LINC)?

% `  o+ ?0 w6 Z. TIf the answers are yes, then you are invited to apply to attend our pre-employment program

0 ]& i6 w1 Q  {- L2 \MAKING CHANGES PROGRAM is a pre-employment, life skill orientation program with an English component.  It is a two week program requiring four days a week or once a week for eight weeks for a total of 48 hours.

Counseling to help you find what is right for you.
# S+ T/ @, X9 v" \Opportunity to develop your English Language skills.
, w  T9 p# u& s6 u, S4 E* TOpportunities in class to practice difficult situations, e.g. a job interview or proper telephone etiquette.
  u7 [! K1 q+ A7 zInformation about community agencies and services.
2 _1 {  o/ E1 l/ e0 tInformation about going back to school, returning to work, or changing your job.
  G( A9 d, C! V5 y! `7 u) u, PContinued support after the course to help you carry out your plan.
