Are you an immigrant woman who:

-  arrived in Canada less than three years ago?
-  has taken an English language assessment test?
! e) J5 U3 R+ L- B6 |: B/ K) _-  scored at least a Level 3 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (LINC)?

6 F$ j. J, T7 ]* g6 M8 ?) MIf the answers are yes, then you are invited to apply to attend our pre-employment program

1 i$ {1 V! v5 J8 V( a# H5 bMAKING CHANGES PROGRAM is a pre-employment, life skill orientation program with an English component.  It is a two week program requiring four days a week or once a week for eight weeks for a total of 48 hours.

THE COURSE OFFERS:

1 {; K: O& e' X! K( A% nOpportunity to develop your English Language skills.
Opportunities in class to practice difficult situations, e.g. a job interview or proper telephone etiquette.
. `9 G  {+ H7 g! T% `9 x/ d# EInformation about community agencies and services.
# \3 h& k8 h$ Q2 C5 p' tInformation about going back to school, returning to work, or changing your job.
Continued support after the course to help you carry out your plan.

这个培训班的确不错，我参加过，不过只能是移民妇女而且要会英语才能参加。华人社区服务中心有免费的求职培训班是给所有移民的，同样是英文授课，但有国语翻译，特别适合中国移民，欢迎致电429-3111报名。另外，为了方便那些无法白天参加培训的人，我们5月份开设为期两周的晚间课程，如果你白天晚上都无法参加，可以报名我们的周末求职讲座，查询请联络JANE。

没错，华人服务社区的讲座针对华人找工作更有帮助，毕竟我们都是相同背景。CHANGING TOGETHER只是针对移民妇女，全英文授课，不过我是因为CHANGING TOGETHER提供免费的DAYCARE才可以参加的。大家可以针对自己的情况，选择适合您的课程。祝愿在您的求职之路上，能够有所帮助。
