Are you an immigrant woman who:

; ?0 p5 Y- B1 X) J; k' c# ?/ q( e-  arrived in Canada less than three years ago?
4 z& T9 C' o5 u- V-  has taken an English language assessment test?
-  scored at least a Level 3 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (LINC)?

* S) @5 `+ S! ]' I5 j: z- [9 rIf the answers are yes, then you are invited to apply to attend our pre-employment program

% Z& m  b8 K) U. T5 dMAKING CHANGES PROGRAM is a pre-employment, life skill orientation program with an English component.  It is a two week program requiring four days a week or once a week for eight weeks for a total of 48 hours.

$ c- z1 }8 }7 Y) M5 L+ H# c; yCounseling to help you find what is right for you.
$ ]! v; q+ M' I2 |- [Opportunity to develop your English Language skills.
! v3 w* l4 s! t" E5 W8 X6 X3 P% QOpportunities in class to practice difficult situations, e.g. a job interview or proper telephone etiquette.
8 y- a! A2 s; x/ l$ GInformation about community agencies and services.
Information about going back to school, returning to work, or changing your job.
Continued support after the course to help you carry out your plan.

这个培训班的确不错，我参加过，不过只能是移民妇女而且要会英语才能参加。华人社区服务中心有免费的求职培训班是给所有移民的，同样是英文授课，但有国语翻译，特别适合中国移民，欢迎致电429-3111报名。另外，为了方便那些无法白天参加培训的人，我们5月份开设为期两周的晚间课程，如果你白天晚上都无法参加，可以报名我们的周末求职讲座，查询请联络JANE。

没错，华人服务社区的讲座针对华人找工作更有帮助，毕竟我们都是相同背景。CHANGING TOGETHER只是针对移民妇女，全英文授课，不过我是因为CHANGING TOGETHER提供免费的DAYCARE才可以参加的。大家可以针对自己的情况，选择适合您的课程。祝愿在您的求职之路上，能够有所帮助。
